Terms of use: free AI tools

These terms cover the free AI tools on aimarketingcmo.com, run by Kara Lineal. Each tool's start screen says that by starting, you agree to them.
What the tools are.
The tools are free checks of a user’s own brand and marketing material. Each result reflects the user’s answers and fixed rules.
This result reflects the user’s answers. It is not a legal or compliance review. The claims list rating checks how the user’s list is organized, not whether any claim is true or allowed.
How users may use the tools.
Run a tool for a brand the user works for or represents.
In the AI Shopping Check, users should only enter their own brand product pages.
In the AI Fit Finder, users should describe the team's work by role, not by name, and shouldn’t type customer data or confidential figures.
Users shouldn’t use scripts or bots, run checks in bulk, try to get around the limits, or try to reach data that isn't theirs.
Users shouldn’t paste anything they aren't allowed to share and leave out personal details that aren’t needed.
AI steps.
Some steps use AI, as described on each tool's "How this tool uses AI" page. AI can be wrong. The scores and recommendation come from fixed rules.
In the AI Shopping Check, AI can fill one answer from a user’s product pages, and the user can be replace it with their own answer instead, if preferred.
In the AI Fit Finder, AI picks follow-up questions from a fixed set, writes summaries the user confirms or edits, and writes examples in the pilot briefs.
Engagements under written agreement.
A result may suggest a first 90 days and one of two ways to work with Kara. Any engagement starts only under a separate written agreement.
User content and our content.
A user’s answers and pastes stay theirs. The user allows us to process them to give a result and report. The tools, their questions, and their content are mine. Users may use the starter templates in the report for their own brands.
Beta and changes.
The tools are free and may change, pause, or end at any time. Results and features may change at any time.
Limits on liability.
The tools are free, and each result is based only on your answers and fixed rules. I don't promise that a result is complete, accurate, or right for your situation, and you decide what to do with it. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for lost sales, profits, or data, or other indirect losses, from your use of the tools, and my total liability for any claim related to the tools is limited to $100. This section doesn't limit liability for my intentional or reckless conduct.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by Wisconsin law. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts for Wood County, Wisconsin.
