FOUR POSSIBLE OUTCOMES
Where AI fits, and where it doesn’t.
The AI Fit Finder looks at each marketing workflow and shows where AI may help and where AI should not be used. Based on your answers, each workflow gets one of four outcomes:
Automate with review.
Low risk, quick to check, and worth the time. A person still reviews the output.
AI drafts, a person decides.
AI can do the first pass, but claims, prices, or customers raise the stakes.
Keep human.
High risk and hard to check, or the work newer team members learn the business from.
Fix the process first.
The steps aren't written down, or the inputs live in people's heads.

Questions about the AI Fit Finder.
-
No. The AI Fit Finder does not recommend software, vendors, or AI platforms.
It uses your answers and a fixed set of rules to show where AI may, or may not, fit into your workflows. It estimates the number of hours involved each year based on the information you provide. It does not calculate dollar savings.
-
Most people finish in about 15 to 20 minutes when mapping five workflows.
Your time may vary depending on how many workflows you choose. You can map up to eight workflows from the library and add up to two workflows of your own.
-
Each workflow receives one of four recommendations:
Automate with review: AI can complete much of the work, but a person should review the output before it is used.
AI drafts, a person decides: AI can create a starting point, but a person makes the final decision.
Keep it human: This work needs human judgment, expertise, relationships, or accountability.
Fix the process first: The workflow needs to be clearer or more consistent before AI can help.
Your map always includes “Keep it human” and “Fix the process first.” The goal is not to force AI into every workflow. It is to identify where AI is useful, where people should stay in charge, and where the process itself needs work.

Campaigns and creative
Reporting and insight
Planning and governance
You can also add up to two workflows that are specific to your business.

Your raw responses are deleted after 12 months unless you become a client.
Any open-text responses you provide are treated as information for your assessment. They are not treated as instructions for the AI.
